Appeared top class; nice decor, on-site restaurant. Short of staff -friendly, helpful, and hard-working. Management needs to hire. Hot breakfast, slow needs buffet line. Bathrooms in rooms and in lobby were stinky - bad plumbing, seemed clean, but musty, moldy smell. Not really 4 -5 star hotel.

We booked this place for location and amenities.. the management knew there were several volleyball clubs staying on this particular weekend and chose to close the pool not for repairs but to repaint, not smart planning.. Good facility, Disappointing Breakfast (would've paid more for editable food) & Only one elevator in service for 10 floors causing substantial delays. Had a pleasant experience at TGI Friday's. Staff was accommodating.

“Lovely hotel”

We only stayed for one night on our Route 66 road trip, but I would stay here again. It's lovely inside, as you can see from my photos, as you can look down on the dining area from upstairs and see all greenery and windows, add if it was outside. The room was clean, the staff friendly.
