your people were so friendly and perfessional to me and my staff when we stayed here. I do not write hotel reviews typically, but this hotel was so bad that I felt compelled to warn others. I stayed at this hotel for a week on business. Awful hotel, horrible service, VERY VERY Rude, Not clean at all, we had a horrible experience. We were travelling with the Hoop 10 basketball teams and it was an awful experience. I am writing this at the hotel now. Very impressed with the staff. This is a good place for kids, with an indoor pool and arcade. They have a decent bar and the beds are comfortable. Stayed few nites,excellent location,friendly staff,really comfortable matresses and most important ,perfectly CLEAN!! Pool area looked good but being mid winter we didn't go into the pool. more
Decent hotel, great staff. I heard it had a recent renovation, but parts were still a little dated. But hey, the lounge stayed open a little longer for us and the restaurant was convenient for morning breeakfast. more
