The outside walkways were littered with trash. Down right nasty! The breakfast was very limited in selection. Supposedly recently updated, but I find that hard to believe. But the bed was clean and comfortable. I will look at the one on the east side next time.

We had a pleasant 2 nights here. The room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The area and hotel grounds felt very safe. We were treated well by the hotel staff. This is an old La Quinta but it is clean and in a good location. Right off the interstate on the West side. Close to several restaurants. Very convenient for the Med Center. There were some cowboys walking their horses in the parking lot. My dogs thought these horses were the coolest things.
