Have stayed multiple times at this hotel (because of the staff - always willing to help) UNTIL the room they gave me was above the dumpster - which is emptied at 4 am. This combined with prior visits where they "run out" of all kinds of basics (face towels, food, etc.) turned me off - finally for good. Unfortunate.

My husband and I have now stayed here three times. The rooms and lobby are nice and the staff is great; however, some of the guests are questionable. Great location, stayed night before last for work, and after several stays here, they are consistently trying to make people's stay great. Early checkin was no problem, and the bartender at night is super friendly, even when you have your own drinks! Fireplace outside is superb, and a great hangout spot.
