I was taken care of by all who worked at the hotel. This was my third trip to the hotel and each time has been hassle free with a minimum of fuss. Breakfast area is excellent with great home-style fare in a pleasant atmosphere. A great way to start the day. more

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Athens is flawless. We arrived at 5:00 PM on Saturday(during a "Canton" weekend") and were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. I come to Athens about once a quarter on business and always stay at this hotel. I have never been dissapointed. The rooms are nice, it has an indoor pool, good internet connection, and is close to several restaurants. I will keep coming back to this hotel. more
Having to flee Gustav - this hotel didn't waive their "no pets" policy. There was a HIExpress that did waive their "no pets" policy in Florida. Shame on the owners and managment for not showing a act of kindness for folks who may return home to nothing. Shame on you. more
Nice place, friendly front desk, comfy beds, fancy bathroom. Had a business center as well as in-room internet access. Had an INDOOR pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. more

I've traveled to Athens 3 times for business, and have stayed at 3 different accommodations: 1 bed & breakfast, 1 Best Western, and finally the Holiday Inn Express. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant. Our check in was easy and fast. This has been the nicest hotel stay we've had in a long time. We usually go to Canton twice a year and we will stay again at this Holiday Inn. more
