The hotel is beautiful. Christina (AM Desk Clerk) was awesome. The night auditor was not professional nor was the 3pm-11pm guest agent. I was not placed in the room that I booked originally on the 1st night. Moved me to another room the 2nd night which was still not what I had booked and been promised. 2nd room was dirty. More

This hotel was a nice surprise. The room was very clean and spacious. There is a separate sitting room and small kitchen that made the stay even more pleasant. It is a convenient location - a bit of a long walk to downtown but definitely doable. More

We stayed in this hotel last year and we were not impressed. However, the suite we had was completely renovated and it was wonderful. The entire suite was comfortable and there was absolutely no noise experienced from other rooms or the hall at any time. We will definitely stay here again. The location is very close to everything we needed. More

I can say that it was a good value and was clean but I actually thought it would be a little nicer than it was. I'd stay there again for sure but I wasn't blown away. It was just average. Our room definitely needed updating -- not sure if it was up for renovation or not. More
