Blocked rooms for a Bridal Party- rooms were not only not on the same floor but were not ready at check in, which was at 3:00- took almost 2 additional hours! This hotel is located at a convenient location for cabbing or even walking to the downtown Austin attractions. This is the hotel to stay at if you are there for a sporting event. It is very close to campus and right across the highway from the Frank Erwin Center. The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean and nice too.

The hotel was easy to get to, very close to the heart of downtown. Everyone was friendly and took care of my entire family. We had several rooms in the hotel, all booked separately, which took time and effort to treat us as a group, and we couldn't have been more satisfied.

Nice tidy room and friendly staff. We had rental bikes and got around fine from this location and used the city bus several times with a stop just blocks from the hotel. Our first room had a broken air conditioner, but they moved us to a much nicer room and all was fine.
