“Poor housekeeping staff”

Failure to replenish towels after they removed them from the room. Failure to keep messes in the halway picked up. Loud party in a common, open air, internal area of the hotel went on unabated until 1:00 am.

Amazing beautiful hotel with great location. I would recommend the upgraded room as it adds a bit more privacy and less hallway noise. “Great stay in Austin”

Great hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and go the extra mile. There are small touches in the lobby such as fresh fruit infused water and cookies that really help make you feel at home. The location could not be beat, and everything was within walking distance.
