“Customer Service Not Forgotten”

I travel quite a lot. This place was great from the time we stepped in the door. The girl at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a place that hasn't forgotten what customer service is about. An oasis if professionalism.

“Highly Recommend!”

Great experience, awesome location. The staff was helpful and courteous, and I felt safe. Pets are allowed but do not list the cost on their website, so I had sticker shock at checkout. Their room service company, Order Inn, has some delicious food, too. Overall, it was a great hotel and I will go back.

“Great bargin that comes with clean, quite atmosphere.”

The hotel personnel is super friendly and the rooms are clean and quite. A full breakfast is served in the morning which helps to start the day positively. The hotel has quick access to major throufares in the capital city. Very convenient!

This place gets great reviews but it is just not my style. The property has a few buildings some of which are separate from the reception/lobby area. “Great stay”

Was travelling for business and stayed here on the recommendation of Trip Advisor. Wasn't let down. Nice clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service. My TV wasn't working and whilst I was out they fixed it and left a note saying I hoped all was ask. Would recommend if you're ever visiting Austin.

“Space and Value”

This is an older property, but has very large rooms with kitchens , living room etc. Good location near mall shopping between 183 and Mopac. clean , good staff. If you need room and don't care about the latest fad a good place to stay.

“EXCELLENT!”

The rooms are spacious, elegant, clean and roomy. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Hotel is in close proximity to major shopping (DSW, Chicos, Dillards, Coldwater Creek) and a plethra of restaurants. Daily happy hour with great food and drinks. I could of moved in OK!
