Staff was the best. Very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome. We were able to walk to a lot of different places. Caution though, the parking is valet only and kind of expensive for the Midwest ($24/day),

We have stayed at Hilton's that offer much less of an over-all experience in décor, room size and comfortable bed! I don't know if all Hampton's are as nice as the downtown Austin Hampton but we will certainly take our chances on them in our future travels!

Ideal location, walk to many places. Currently, construction is tightening the area, so you might miss the valet drive up (must valet or seek your own downtown parking). Staff is quick and attentive.
