I've stayed there 3 times the past couple of years. The property is very clean and well kept from the rooms to parking lot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to from the airport and they offer free airport shuttle. more

Very clean place to stay. 100% smoke free Hotel really works for me. I was very happy to stay in Longhorn Suite. They had variety of suites to pick from. I was very happy with the airport shuttle service as well. Overall very satisfied and I would recommend the place to everyone. more

We were just getting back from our Honeymoon, visiting family, and we ended up in this Hotel... What an amazing surprise!!! Very Comfortable, clean, lots of amenities and a very polite and corteous staff!!! Breakfast was great ! Whenever we travel back to Austin, for sure we will stay here again!!! more

I was really looking forward to this hotel, based on the reviews here. Well.....I thought the hotel tried too hard to please. It was overdone; the lobby was jammed was massage chairs, shoe cleaners, laundry facility, etc. The room was also jammed full of "stuff" -- laundry basket, scale, basket of sea shells on the toilet, plus more crappy stuff.... more

The hotel staff were very courtious, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were excellent. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The location was very good, and the price was acceptable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would select this hotel first should we stay in Austin again. more

Don't just expect an inexpensive place to rest overnight. Look inside,instead of the outside. When checking in, look at the dessert bar behind you, along with the rack of movies you can select . Don't forget to shine your shoes on the buffing machine while you play with the video shown on the big screen TV, across from the business... more
