The property isn't brand new but it is clean and well kept. It's the customer service that puts this place #1 on my list! I called to the office asked for extra towels and another ashtray late on my first nite there. Before I had a chance to walk to the office to get the items the young man working... more

As a frequent traveller, I am accusotomed to spending a large amount of time in hotels, however this was certainly one of the worst experiences i have had. Although expecting the facilities to be basic, the room was filthy and had cockroaches (dead and alive). I was awakened on the 1st night by a cockroach crawling across me. There were... more

I have never seen a hotel more displeasing, smelly and unkept as this one. Upon arrival (we checked in right at 3pm), we find a cigarette butt on the hallway floor. That butt was there our entire stay. The place smelled horribly of cigarettes and unsanitary waste disposal. We arrive at the room and find a public hair in the... more

After reading others' reviews, we (me and spouse) weren't quite sure of this place but still went ahead and booked it. Just for 39$ this place is excellent. Plenty of parking space, appropriately located (close to the downtown/airport)- you will still need a GPS and thats true not just for this motel but for Austin as a whole( bad signboard... more

The hotel was very clean, but the management was incompetent. Luckily, we only stayed one night. The manager was not able to provide us with the code to use the free wireless internet, so we needed to go to a nearby restaurant with free wireless. The manager also treated the hotel employees very poorly. The room key did not work... more

My Husband and I decided to get away for the weekend back in November for our Anniversary. We booked this place and I had a "gut feeling" we shouldn't be staying there when we pulled up. The parking lot was almost empty, there were no signs directing you to the office. We drove around twice just to see where it... more

I read the hotels.com reviews prior to booking a stay at this hotel so I didn't mind the somewhat rundown appearance. But what I didn't expect was taking nearly 90 minutes to find the hotel. My mapquest directions were not stellar, but when I called the hotel for directions after I landed in Austin, the nighttime manager had a very... more

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay in on my way to San Antonio. I didn't expect luxury. But a place should be clean at any price. The bathroom was molding and dirty. The shower drain was clogged which I noticed when I tried to rinse the dead bugs down the drain. I moved the couch out to... more

My husband and I spent 6 nights at this hotel recently. I think my husband chose it because it was nearby the hospital where his father was getting care, and because it was cheap. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, this hotel would be fine for you. But I would not recommend staying here if you... more
