While the rooms are nice at the Pearl Street Inn, the service is non-existent. The breakfast in the morning was a make your own continental affair. My wife and I were very disappointed. I would look elsewhere for a real B&B experience more

If your functional on little sleep, this is the B&B for you! It's located on a very busy street. I think their might be a frat house next door--it's close to UT Austin.
