A very average Embassy Suites as the hotel is one of the older ones in the chain. That being said it is in good shape and standard for an ES. Location is convenient to freeway getting north, south, east or west but not the greatest area of town. If you need a central location in Austin close to downtown it... More

I stayed here on recent business trip to Austin and I must say that I was very impressed with this property as well as with the level of service that I received from the staff. As is stated in the hotel name this property is located in Central Austin about 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown... More

My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel Central Austin in Oct. for 3 nights. I did a great deal of research online prior to booking this hotel. I was looking for a hotel that was more than just a place to stay so that my 3 year old daughter wouldn't get bored. I saw the photos online... More

This is not the new ES in Austin, but the one we usually stay in when traveling to Austin for business. I typically stay here 2-3 times a year. It is an older property, but the staff is the best. Breakfast staff remembers you (and your preferences) throughout the trip - usually 3-4 nights in duration for me. The front... More

Very pleased with our stay. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. On a highway but the interior is very pleasant. More

Ive stayed here a alot over the years, for many different things and its always a great stay. Business trips, party weekends downtown, trips to the river, concerts/events, you name it, I stay here. The location is choice since its in a more centralized location. This keeps the place more upscale and still at a great price. You'll get the... More

Stayed one night here on a business trip. The lobby and restaurant area is really nice and gives an inviting feel when entering the hotel. The suites have glass doors and windows in the front with translucent drapes. Noise from the lobby comes right through and people can see into your lounge area when the walk by, which is not... More

I've stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving weekend for the past 3 weekends -- and while it is much calmer of the UT game is out of town, it is always clean, quiet & comfortable. However, the soft drink vending machine is a bit lacking and seriously . . . $2.00 for a diet coke in the sundry mart -... More

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend of Comic Con. The price of the hotel could not be beat considering all the hotels in the downtown area had increased their prices substantially because of the many happenings in the convention center. So we stayed here. It had a complimentary breakfast for all guest, which was great because there were... More
