We stayed here while visiting family in Austin. Great location and close by everything. You can walk to the river and the dog park from the hotel. Breakfast is always great at The Embassy Suites and this one has great pancakes. We didn't go to the managers reception, so can't comment. We will stay here again. I have stayed many times with Embassy Suites... Probably 50 times.. This was our most disappointing stay ever... The hotel is overpriced and outdated- and something went missing during our stay... Called for a room service menu because we didnt have one... never came. Called for an extra blanket- that didn't come either... Love Embassy Suites- just not this one more
