This was the worse $144.00 dollars I have ever spent in a room. When I got there in a hit day the air conditioner was not working, then the bathroom was tiny, the shower handles were missing parts and shower curtain bar were all nasty looking with a lot of freaking rust. this hotel is a nice hotel. Nice and clean , the front desk staff is always soo very nice. Great location for the South Congress area and easy on and off interstate 35

Easy enough to get in, check-in was smooth, heading to our room we passed a couple of housekeepers and their carts, so figured the strong pine cleaner smell was from recent cleaning if rooms. *Check-in was easy though the attendant was more interested in talking to her friend in the lobby than us. Wasn't wearing any sort of uniform (not even a nametag) & couldn't recommend a place for dinner. *Moldy smell in the whole hotel; within 5 minutes of being in the room my throat became tight and I started coughing. *Damaged walls... This hotel is a dive. There are signs taped on the counter, in the lobby, saying watch out for wet paint and pardon our remodeling, that look like they've been there months.
