This property seems fairly new. Rooms are nice and roomy. Bathroom is large enough. Fridge, mircrowave and sofa were a plus. Breakfast was nice and better than some you get these days. I booked online requesting first floor due to lower back issues. I arrived to find my 2 keys already set up for me and to find a first floor room with easy access to the exterior as my assigned room. We stayed here when our air conditioner broke on one of the hottest days so far this year...the hotel was comfortable and quiet enough - your basic room that is fine as long as you're not doing much more there than sleeping. Stayed 3 nights at this facility. It was about 15 minutes from the airport and right off South Loop 1. The rooms was simple but comfortable. 2 double beds were good and air conditioning worked well. Fine hotel for the price - the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I also noted a musty smell on third floor, with some aging bathroom issues, but they said they are in the process of remodeling the entire hotel and hadn't gotten to the the third floor yet, and quickly offered to move us.
