We had a lakeside room close to the bridge. There was some traffic noise but not unbearable.
The bathroom looked tired but clean and the room was nice.
The parking lot is tricky and narrow, The staff of the hotel, the Starbucks and TIIF were all lovely. Would stay here again.

This was a decent place to stay for a recent business trip, but in my opinion it's no longer up to the caliber that you expect from places like a large Marriott or Hilton.
