Great location. Close proximity to Union Station Alexandria, Reagan-National airport and Auto-train in Lornton, VA. Friendly and efficient staff. One of the few hotels in the greater DC area that offers 2 Bedroom Suites. Free parking, free hot breakfast, what's not to like! This is the preferred hotel for our family each time we visit the DC area.

This hotel is very nice and I would certainly stay again. I only complaint was the dinner and the fact that there are not more than one option. I was forced to go offsite for dinner because I cannot eat beef.

I loved my stay at the Homewood suites. I have a large family and my stay was very very comfortable! The suit had two bedrooms with two baths which allow lots of privacy. Three,yes, three flat screen tv's and a kitchen. I didn't have to spend money on restaurant because I cooked my own. It even had a sofa bed.... More

The evening meal was more for kids than adults, but everything else was an excellent value for the price. It says 200 characters minimum for this part of the review, but I really don't have anything else to say, so I will continue to type until I think it is worth trying to continue.

We walked in and booked a quick, last minute stay. This hotel is right next door to another, they share same parking lot. But, for the $20 extra, the rooms here are much bigger and it has indoor whirlpool! The staff was great at check in, easy as could be. I had stayed here the year before and had a wonderful stay. Staff are courteous and attentive. They go out their way to help. Our room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was good. The Courtesy Van to the Metro was an extra bonus!!

I have been staying at this hotel for 9 years, 4 times a year on business. The staff are all very friendly, rooms are nice but not updated, the breakfast and dinners are usually very good. The gift shop has everything that you may have forgotten to pack and more. I love that they have coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Stayed so my husband would have a good place to be while I went to work. Felt like an apartment. They had a welcome note and microwave popcorn waiting in the room. All kitchen supplied provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Supper was good and filling - some nights were better than others. But worth it considering the cost of eating out.... More
