Following a promise from management that the Internet service would be improved, I gave the Crowne Plaza another try. Unfortunately, the service has not improved......but I was given another promise.
Hotel staff are well trained and exceptionally friendly.
The best I can say about the restaurant is that it is conveniently located.

I stayed here more than once and it never fails. The staff is unprofessional and rude! Just to give you one example: I called the front desk from their gym once and asked to please bring down some clean towels. The response was "the cleaners are gone already" CLICK.
