Room was infested with gnats. I found them in the morning - swarming my clothes, bathroom and window sill. Pretty darn gross. When I checked out, I did advise the check out receptionist and was advised, "sorry". I won't be staying there again, and neither will anyone else from my company. Nice, new hotel in Ashburn, close to Dulles Airport. I stayed with my two kids and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast (cooked to order eggs, waffles, etc), the indoor pool and very wonderful service by the staff. This hotel was one of the quietest I've been in -- no slamming doors, thick walls, no noise from toilets and showers in other rooms. And I do appreciate that. The only real problem was with the breakfasts. The hot items were made to order, which took forever, and weren't worth the wait. Dinner was better -- and the prices... more

My husband and I attended the Inaugural in Washington, DC and were fortunate to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn @ Dulles North. Our room was very clean and spacious. The entire staff went above and beyond our expectations. If we are ever in the Ashburn area, we will definitely staff at this location. Thanks for making our stay memorable. more
