I stayed here for 10 days. The room was spacious, with a nice casual seating area in the room. The internet access was excellent. The room was clean on check-in. I only requested maid service twice during my stay, but all seemed to be as expected. They did not move any of my personal property, but did clean the bathroom... more

I guess I can understand the glowing ratings from folks who seek out exceptionally plain low-cost lodging. That's a noble nitch in the market, allowing folks with less disposable income to experience a broader range of travel options. But you should expect NO MORE than a bare light-bulb type experience at the Peppertree. I can imagine no more stripped-down experience... more

Was in the Seattle area to visit some friends / family scattered there. A little out of the way, B-W Peppertree is Not all that convenient to Seattle, but close to the Muckleshoot reservation casino if you're so inclined. I've stayed in quite a number of hotels and I was NOT impressed with this hotel at all. Our room (the family suite) smelled like cigarette smoke, table lamps did not work and I think the maid service spent 2 minutes cleaning up the place after each night we were there. If you don't mind children screaming and running down the floor, stay here. Mind you, breakfast was the best full breakfast, but that was the ONLY good thing here. This is hotel is great! Always great service and quality rooms and staff. I will always stay at the Best Western Peppertree Auburn Inn when I visit my family and for business. I went to the casino which is very close and it was great. more
