This is surprising a Lonely Planet recommended hostel. For those of you who are heading there, be careful during low season. I went when the was barely anyone staying there. The staff working at the reception were mostly rude and not helpful. After I have decided not to book a tour at the hostel, the receptionist decided to jack up the price of the room, and I had to fork out double the amount of what I was told on the first day of check in. Get it in writing on your check in form! Some of the toilets are leaky. The breakfast wasn't very exciting. It consisted of a piece of pineapple and a bun. The only good thing about the hostel is that it's only a 10min walk to the center of town. more
