I was a bit afraid of this hotel since I read here some bad reviews, however we must understand that this is Salvador and you need to be careful to be safe and robbery free. We took a taxi everywhere and also we rented a car, but be careful you need to break a few rules to drive in there.... more

Stayed in this hotel during a busy weekend in Salvador , great rooms , great standard .Very clean and very friendly staff .Location could do better , about 15reais from the centre and 15min ride to the pelourinho area ....apart from that - recommended . more

My first and last stay in this hotel. The rooms are Ok but the serviceis terrible. No smiles, unfriendly service. The breakfast was good but staff is not good. They started taken the food and we were still eating, made a lot of noise and they were not worried abour us.I would not reccomend! more

Faulty Safe - the lock had 'jammed' in our room safe - within 10 minutes, two maintenance staff had fixed the problem. We stayed here for one night only as we were going to Rio the next day. It didn’t really make much of an impression on me. The room was ok & the breakfast was nice with lots of choice, the area was a little unsettling with lots of graffiti. Staff were nice. Overall, no complaints. more
