Service is eccellent, they have connection with a travel agent, Leonardo who organize everything you may need, from samba concert to excursions, to city guide. We stayed two nights in the high-celiing & spotless "Goa room," which is moreso a suite. We overlooked a pedestrian-only square in the old center & heard the various churchbells & street-music.
