The front desk was always helpful and had answers for things such as arranging a shuttle back to the airport, checking luggage, directions, etc. The room was clean, not luxurious, but very comfortable. The hotel is not a 5-star as what you would expect in NYC or Philadelphia, but it's quite nice for the location.

Hotel is only about easily walkable 4 blocks away from LU and downtown. Staff are excellent, bed/room was very comfortable but the showerhead and shower ceiling are very low so not good for taller people unless you only want to wash your belly button. Indoor pool wasn't heated and jacuzzi had too much chlorine. Can't beat Lombardi's for excellent steaks!

Friendly staff and great venues at the hotel. Enjoyed my stay and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I feel they need a moderately priced restaurant. The choices were bar food or Vince Lombardi's Steak House, where you would be hard pressed to leave there at $100 pp.
