I Stayed at the Mercure for three weeks whilst on business in Vitoria. A great little hotel right smack bang in the trendy part of town - Praia Do Canto. Lots of eateries, bars and places just to sit and people watch while you sink a few Caipharinias!! Every type of food you can think of within a quarter mile... more

A nice, clean, apart hotel. Perhaps a bit pricey for the lowly traveler but deals can be done. Rooms good. Mine had an office, two bathrooms, double bedroom and a day room. Kitchenette with basic cooking equip. Very clean. Small restaraunt, no bar but the hotel is situated in the middle of what appears to be the local enetrtainmentt area.... more
