Booked my stay on the web and when we got there, the reservation did not match. We were sent to a much smaller room on a 12th floor that by the way, hot water does not go to in the morning (while everybody is getting ready). This hotel certainly ranks in the top three hotels for service, that we have ever stayed at! The actual facilities are good, the breakfast same, but I would rank it more like a three star hotel (in North America) for facilities, rather than four. The rooms are spacious though and very clean. The hotel looks quite new, and is next door to several other hotels, including the Mercure properties. My room, on the 7th floor, was very spacious with a large shower and nice sized bathroom.
