I've finally met a hotel that is unacceptable even by my relaxed, everything-goes standards. This place is absolutely horrible. Before you step out of your cab, the hotel's bouncer (really, this guy acts like a bouncer) rudely asks if you have a reservation. No biggie, right? You say ''yeah', walk to the lobby and think. A nice place for business travel. Room is large and not bad as described in other reviews - I found amusing how, when opening the room door, I had to walk a long (about 20 ft) corridor before getting to a small table and then the room. I could not believe what a cruddy hotel this was. We spent several days traveling in Brazil and stayed in lots of hotels, and this was the absolute worst.
