Stayed here for one night. Had a problem checking in, due to my credit card company and a miles reimbursement issue. However, the hotel staff went far above and beyond the call of duty, even sitting next to me for an hour helping me figure out how to contact the credit card company internationally. Allowed us to check out late, and gave us an extremely lovely, modern, sleek room with a nice view. The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from shopping, museums and the Savassi restaurant district. If you have a reason to go to Belo Horizonte, stay at Promenade Lourdes! more
