I´ve been there 21-23 April. Very well located ,in the heart of the historical center, excellent staff, perfect breakfast. It´s an old and authentic building, but they managed to get it very confortable.

We stayed at this place 07-08 April 2013. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although they barely speaks English, they try their best to communicate and make you feel at home. Safe place to stay. Not so grand but comfy enough for a short stay.

This property seems to have "the buzz" based on previous reviews. The pluses: excellent location, great breakfast, friendly staff, storied past. Very authentic and charming historic town house with nice view in a superb downtown location, friendly and helpful staff speaking English and French, a nice cosy living room and an excellent breakfast.
