Felt very secure. Swimming pool is nice. Good breakfast (included) that had more variety than some other Brazilian hostels I visited. Kitchen area pretty well-equipped. Small bar area and also a yard area for relaxing in the evening, but not a party place. Free internet and WiFi was good. Fair laundry service. Lockers provided, but must have your own padlock. Rooms small but clean. Only three shared showers, I think, which might be a problem if the hostel was filled. Staff was kind and tried to be helpful. They also coordinated trips to the famous waterfalls, which was very convenient. Not much going on in the town around the hostel. more
