Stayed 7 nights at Frade Resort, which overall was an ok experience... 5 star Hotel.. Hmmmm perhaps at South American standards but not for European´s... Would call it a 3+ star hotel / resort. Hotel do Frade & Golf Resort was described by travel guides and websites as one of the best resorts in the area, with the best activities and entertainment. We decided to stay there for 5 nights, and to my surprise, I had a horrible experience. We paid about $200/person/night for the room and meals. The rooms don't qualify for one... more
