this is a nice small to medium sized pousada. the rooms were a little small and had that definite mildew fragrance so very common in this environment. we were here to get away from the high energy pace of copacabana (as i am in between gigs) and ilha grande definitely lived up to all expectations of a laid back, natural... more

You get what you pay for and so don't expect luxuries. Located in the Abraao Village, the pousada allows easy access to restaurants and stuffs easily. The pousada staff are nice. The rooms look cute but we were given quite badly stained towels. The bed has a slight midewy smell which I think might be the work of humidity. The... more
