I was there for the FLIP fair, 2007, with my wife. She booked room number 1 at the anex building ( as the main building was full because of the FLIP fair ). She didn´t knew the hotel but my aunt recomended it ( she always stayed at the main buildind).

Ok, now the surprise: the bedroom of room number 1 was over the water deposit of the hotel ( very humid, noise of water, noise pump going on and off depending on the level ). It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep there, and we found that out when it was 1am. We found out that they transformed that place in a room to make more money, very dishonest.

We decided to move to the hotel in front, half price and nicer. BUT, we already had payed half of the holliday ( like US$ 250 for a night, a robery ). We contacted the manager, Mr. Rodriguez, who did nothing. But said to my aunt, who recomended the hotel to us, his client, that we should have a compensation, like a week end free.
