We booked a private room with ensuite but was not up to the standard of what we expected and paid for! Room needed a lot of work. Bathroom very small and smelly. Rooms are located above the communal courtyard so were very noisy. However, the staff are very friendly and speak english. Also offers free internet.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hostel. Suggest to stay in Ipanema area instead. more
