Tall and tan, not young but lovely, is this Ipanema property. Upon arrival we were brisked up to our upgraded two-room and found a two-room suite with two completely marbled bathroom facilities (one was a half bath). Traveler, if you come to Rio, forget about Copacabana. Stay at Ipanema-Leblon for the view and the restaurants or simply go to Barra de Tijuca (if you want a quiet spot on the beach). This is almost one of the worst 5 star hotels I have ever stayed. Very inefficent staf, outdated rooms, bad TV reception, bed was like sleeping on feathers. I never have back problems but this hotel insured it. For such a rediculos price per night you can stay somewhere for half the price for two nights. Not recommended at all. more
