View is awesome, and you have your own private beach. However prices are very high. Cleaniness is ok and services too, but you probably will find a better deal staying in Copacana or Ipanema where you are close to the nice atmosphere of Rio.

We were in Rio for four days in September 2012. We loved our room overlooking the beach..very clean and quiet with great breezes. We were in a room below the lobby facing the ocean. We upgraded to stay at the club level which was worth every cent. Very nice staff. Would recommend this location to anyone.
