Great location - barely a block from the beach; I don't think there are any rooms with beach (or hardly any) view. Was definitely surprised at what a great hotel this was. I was aware that it wasn't a 5-star hotel, but was happily surprised by everything. Lobby, hallways and rooms were super clean. The hotel is a bit older and I found the room to reflect that fact. The furniture was mismatched and odd. The bathroom, however, was really nice with a good shower, seperate bidet and a nice vanity mirror.
