First off, the location is amazing. Yes about 2-5 minutes walking and you are at the beautiful beaches of Ipanema. However, the rooms are not great at all. I have stayed in this hotel twice. It is 30 seconds from Ipanema beach - but does not look directly onto it in case you are looking for a beach view.
