The rooms very very clean and tidy but location is about four blocks from the beach and do get quite a few looks from the locals as your walking about ( no tourists around this area ). AVOID THIS HOTEL....the service is unbelievably bad. I worked as a bellman for 2 years at a hotel. I don't set high expectations when staying at a hotel, but there are certain standards that i know don't take that much effort to surpass.
