This is a good hotel in a excellent location with friendly staff. Breakfast is simply excellent - an experience! The hotel is clean, rooms are big and sparingly but sufficiently decorated. We stayed here for nine days over the Carnival 06. Great modern hotel in a good area, Leme, not Copacabana, as our taxi drivers pointed out. One block from the beach & with plenty of tourist police, ATMs & a supermarket within strolling distance. The hotel lobby is updated and modern, but the room I stayed in is a little dated. I think I stayed at the time where the hotel is going through renovation and there is knocking throughout the day...so you really can't sleep in. It's NOISY.
