perfectly satisfactory three star hotel, nothing fancy but no complaints either. convenient location one block from copacabana (if i lent out the window i had a side on view of the beach) at the ipanema end. not too noisy, pretty good breakfast more

This hotel has nice rooms and great breakfast. Very powerful shower! However the desk staff were appalling and the organisation was terrible. Bookings were wrong and incredibly difficult to resolve. Try Copacabana Augustos instead. more

We stayed four nights at the Rio Roiss. It was a good value. Comfortable beds, clean, nice buffet breakfast. One block off Copacabana Beach and good spot for walking and visiting the night market. No view except from top floor breakfast room. more
