it's a great hotel. quiet, a/c worked, very clean, cable television. newly renovated with pretty rooms. the service is great and they helped us arrange a lot of activities. i recommend walking to the cab stand a couple of blocks away as the cabs they called for us were more expensive. internet access is an additional charge, but our breakfast... more

I stayed at the Ritz Hotel in Rio, for business in Nov 2008. I did the reservation over their website, and I received a confirmation number from them.
