Fasano rio is a luxury jail.... you can't come in with guest, and even at the pool or roof bar you need to register your guest and pay a charge of 70$... and of course they tell you nothing about that during the check in... it's when you arrive with a guest that a security guy refuse that you access... more

Visited Rio in March 2008 for 4 day/3 night. Absolutely beautiful hotel located on Ipanema Beach. The room décor was amazing and loved the bathroom. Our view was of another building which really did not bother us considering the roof top pool had such amazing views. We found our room to be very quiet so no problems with street noise.... more
