The location is good if you want to have nice dinner places without walk to much. Internet service was down for the all stay. :( Not so good service. The employes do what they can, but I feel that are running with half of the staff they need for such hotel size

It's a kinda business hotel, normally not to stay for a long periods. Good, quiet and have a very big and nice shopping mall with direct access (elevators) to the hotel. I usually stay there kuz I have friends that live in Santana de Parnaíba. This is my hotel of choice.

Formule 1 room quality and customers are way lower than from Ibis. Formule 1 Lighting, elevator, furniture, everything is worse than the pictures. On the contrary, Ibis provides a better, cozzier, newer and cleaner aspect.

Location is excellent near shopping mall, food court, restaurant including sports bar. Front member's services are very much improved, very friendly, good smile. Probably through put of WiFi connenction between 6pm to 9pm should be improved. I do not know whether it is caused by Hotel equipments or social infrastructure.

The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. It is great when you have a problem and find people available and interested to help you. The hotel is a Formule 1... just the essential, but everything working as it should be. Great!

Normally Ibis hotels are not in a excellent location. This one is particulary close to Alphaville São Paulo, and it is connected to an outstanding shopping mall. Inside, the room is the same of every Ibis, but the cafeteria/restaurant is very good and pleasent.

The main problem with this hotel is the MATTRESS!!! Good location, a little bit difficult to access during rush hour. the service at front desk should be improved, I spent more than an 30 minutes to check in, they were not able to locate my reservation number.
