The Royal Palm Plaza is a lovely resort, just on the outskirts of the city of Campinas. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed, the service is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner is excellent, served throughout the myriad of eating places in the resort, and aswell there are some lovely bars / winecellars, all with portuguese-themed names.... more
I travelled to Brazil on business and the client booked this hotel on my behalf. The hotel was clean and comfortable and better than I expected. Staff members were attentive and very helpful. If you have to be in Campinas their is only one class hotel that is deceiving looking as its really a nice resort in the middle of a lot of heavy traffic... Rooms are nice pool is great ...other hotels in the city lack in comparison more
Beautiful hotel, with a fantastic pool and very cofortable rooms. Its spanish-american architecture makes you feel you are in a Florida resort. The surroundings are horrible. A bit expensive for what it is. more
Just returned from a business trip in Campinas Brazil, and utilized the beautiful acommodations at the Royal Palm hotel. The staff was very professional, and due to my inability to speak Portugese, their ability to speak English made the stay more enjoyable. its a great resort in the middle of the city.. i have stayed there over 15 times over the years and its the ONLY place to stay in Campinas.... may not look so great from the outside of the walls but once you get in you are more than pleasantly surprised it has excellent rooms, great pool and as relaxing... more
