We have stayed here several times with our two children. And we really love this hotel. There is a seperate bedroom, and in the living room there is a sofa bed. (on which our children sleep on) The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. On the roof there is a swimming pool, but in May it was too cold... more

Stayed at the Mercure for just 7 hours in between a late night flight and one the next morning. When we arrived in Sao Paulo at 11:45pm we looked around for the hotel shuttle but was told it had stopped hours ago, so we got a cab to the hotel which is a flat rate of R35 and took about... more

Glad I found this hotel with a reasonable price. The good service begins in the airport, where a van pick you up every hour (6:00, 7:00, 8:00...). The ride takes 15 minutes and it is shared with Ibis, another Accor hotel just a few steps from Mercure. In the lobby, the check-in was very quickly and you can schedule your... more
