The Golden Tulip Belas Artes was formerly the Della Volpe Hotel. Sorry to say, the indifferent, bureaucratic attitude of the staff continues under the new ownership. The location is great. I stayed at this hotel for four nights on December 2008. Pros: The hotel is clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was pretty good. The hotel provides free unlimited Internet access in all rooms.
