Great location, impressive lobby, kind reception staff, spacious room. Nevertheless, it was like a trip back to the 90's. This hotel is BIG. As is often the case with big hotels, the service levels can sometimes fall a bit short on things which should be routine. Laundry can take too long to be collected. Room makeovers can be slow. The door mechanisms can accidentally lock you out and a technician has to come along and break into your room... more

Location is good, hotel is a regular marriott without anything extra... No plasma TV's, in-room old-fashined carpets, food extremelly expensive if you consider you are not in a %-Star Hotel. There are better options in Sao Paulo for the same amount of money, or less. more
